Diagnostics are free*.
Rate for individual service is $100 per hour ($25 per 15 minutes).
Individual services are billed in 15-minute increments rather than hourly.
I generally do not charge a trip fee, but may require* a 30-minute minimum fee.
I usually will "stop the clock" when waiting for the computer to perform long-running tasks which don't require my attention* such as a malware scan for example.
Any hardware procured for the purpose of completing a service will be billed at my cost without mark-up or any extra fee. Procurement receipts/invoices available upon request.
Discounts available for Active & Retired Military personnel and Senior Citizens (55+).
I have also been known to give* "Hospitality Discounts" to my customers who provide good food and drink. ;-)

*At my discretion... I am usually generous and conduct myself according to the Biblical principle of "the golden rule" found in Matthew 7:12.
